We're showcasing what it means for Girl Scouts to Take Action with two opportunities: Inspire a Girl Service to Others Month (March 1-31) and Inspire a Girl G.I.R.L. Expo & Honors Ceremony (April 1).
For 100 years, Girl Scouts have researched, planned and implemented a project that has made a difference in their community and beyond. Over the course of Girl Scout history, the Bronze (for Junior Girl Scouts) and Silver (for Cadette Girl Scouts) were added as stepping stones to the Gold Award.
INSPIRE A GIRL
Service to Others Month
Girl Scouts make a difference all year round! We are keeping track of our combined hours of service and the stories of giving back throughout the month of March. Troops can do projects on their own or choose to work with one of our community service partners
. If you log your project (including those done with our community partners), every participating girl will receive a patch to showcase her service to others.>> LOG YOUR PROJECTINSPIRE A GIRL
