Trail Mix

Variety! Adventure! You and your new camp friends may choose to hike, canoe, kayak, sing, ride a horse, cook over a campfire and have a great time doing a little bit of everything Camp Daisy has to offer. Explore all areas of camp from Friendship Hill to the old Cliff House and beyond!

Tails & Trails
Grades 3-4 (as of 3/1/14)
Sessions 2, 4
Cost: $350 $500

Get ready to hit the trail! Hiking and horses are combined in this fun week of traveling around camp Daisy. Plan a pack-out lunch at the corral and learn how to dress for the weather. Traditional camp fun like cookouts, crafts, lake time and sprayground time are included. Weather permitting, girls will ride horses at least two times.

Fizz, Bubbles, and Food
Grades 3-4 (as of 3/1/14)
Session 3
Cost: $300 $430

Who hasn’t experimented in the kitchen a time or two? This camp will take the chemistry out of the kitchen and let you create several kinds of slime and bubbles that will do some amazing things! You'll also get a chance to cook with fire and ice—what a treat!

Paddles & Puddles
Grades 3-4 (as of 3/1/14)
Sessions 3, 5
Cost: $300 $430


Do you love the water? Then this is the camp program for you! Spend time with your new camp friends and cool, caring camp counselors doing everything water related—explore the creek and everything in it, spend time at the lake in a canoe or kayak, and see what kind of fish you can catch! Take a break from natural bodies of water to relax at the sprayground, too! You’ll also have time to try your hand at other camp activities like cooking out, hiking, campfires, and riding a horse.
