You Schedule It!

By visiting The John Wornall or Alexander Majors House Museums you will be able to help your scouts – from Daisy to Ambassador – earn badges and learn what life was like in Missouri during the Civil War Era. Customized visits include a tour with opportunities to work on specific badges and learn about our area’s rich history. Possible badges could be Playing in the Past or Gardener. You’ll even examine artifacts up close. Troops can also choose from a wide variety of extra hands-on activities like making corn husk dolls, dipping candles, or dressing up in period attire. The tour is $5.00 per scout plus an additional $1.00 per scout for each activity. To create your special event or for more information, visit www.wornallhouse.org or call 816.444.1858.
