    Join us for a fun night at the museum! Dr. David Ashley, retired professor from Missouri Western State University, will talk all about bats from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Dr. Ashley has done extensive cave ecology and bat research, and has a great passion for these creatures of the night.

    ​Visit the Remington Nature Center for Insect-o-Rama! Learn all about Missouri Insects and Spiders. See microscopic insects, view live butterflies and moths, see Tarantulas, sample some insect cuisine and much more! There will also be crafts and a scavenger hunt for kids. You can also view the exhibits in the nature center.
