The mission of the Kansas City Zoo is to conserve and provide access to wildlife to entertain and educate our visitors in order to instill a respect for nature.

    This 2 hour Daisy workshop covers concepts that will help girls with their 5 Flowers, 4 Stories, 3 Cheers for Animals Journey.

    All Girl Scouts in uniform and their immediate family only will receive a $4.00 admission fee all day.  There will be Girl Scout activities in the Deramus Lobby between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.  Zoo patches will be available for purchase in the Gift Shop.

    Girl Scouts will discover the world of maps, coordinates and GPS Units. Decorate a Trackable Digital Bug and explore the zoo using GPS units to locate hidden cache boxes.
