She is an incredible professional with vast experience in for profit and non-profit leadership. Mary Pat Beals, VP, Fund Development
Mary Pat Beals, has been serving her community through not for profit development work since 1981. She is at her best when creating sustainable fund development programs that drive a mission based organization to be stronger and better able to serve their constituents. In addition to being a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), she earned her Masters of Philanthropy and Development from St Mary’s University of Minnesota. Mary Pat worked across the country and locally as a development consultant between 2004 and 2012. Robyn Ratcliff, VP, Mission Delivery
Robyn Ratcliff has been with Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW
Missouri for 19 years. Ms. Ratcliff holds M.A. and B.A. degrees in
English from Truman State University. She has been leading teams and
designing programs for Girl Scouts since 1993 when she began her Girl
Scout career as a camp counselor. She oversees program design and
implementation and council property resources, specializing in strategic

Kate Wottring, VP, Human Resources
Kate Wottring has been with Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri for 12 years. Ms. Wottring received her Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands, Redlands, California. She formerly worked in Human Resources with Bayer, Corp, and has over 15 years experience in the public sector as the Human Resources Director for a large county in Atlanta, GA, and she served as a public sector consultant with Slavin Management Consultants in Atlanta. Gina Garvin, VP, Brand & Marketing
Gina Garvin has been with Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri for five years.
Ms. Garvin holds her B.S. degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in public relations and broadcast journalism from Kansas State University. In her role, Ms. Garvin oversees the communications and media relations functions for the organization. She formerly worked in the nonprofit sector as the Communications Director for Rose Brooks Center. She also has corporate experience with her work as a Public Relations Manager for Sprint. Jacqueline Bostic, Director of Volunteer Services
Jacqueline Bostic, has been a professional Girl Scout for 28 years, beginning with the council as a Field Director, and then as an adult development specialist. She is now responsible for providing leadership and ongoing oversight in the implementation of all aspects of the council’s volunteer engagement strategy, including screening, placement, development, retention, and recognition of volunteers.
