There are a few reasons you may have been unable to activate your account.
- Your name and/or date of birth is different in our system
- There is more than one adult in our system with your name and date of birth

When will GSUSA IDs be assigned to members after they register? How can members get their numbers?
The new online system has the option for members to print their membership card that contains their GSUSA number.

As a security measure, the account activation email link is time-sensitive. If a customer does not respond within 4 hours, the link is inactivated. Then the member will have to re-start the process.
