*GSUSA has updated the guidelines for Bridge to Girl Scout Cadette, Senior, Ambassador, and Adult awards and are now available on the Girl Scouts of the USA Web site Bridging Awards. Bridging patches remain the same and are available through our council shop.

Bridging awards mark a girl’s transition from one leadership level to the next. Completing the activities and earning the award emphasize the continuity of one Girl Scout program and welcome girls to an anticipated “next level.” These revised award requirements replace those in grade-level handbooks.
