Basic Training for Rappel and Zipline
In basic training, participants will learn knots, terms, “challenge of choice” philosophy, and other skills common to both rappel and zipline activities. Previous participation in rappel/zip activities is helpful (such as the Adult Challenge Activity Day).
THIS IS A TWO-EVENING COURSE.

Rope Bridge Instructor Training
Building on the skills learned in basic training for rappel and zipline, rope bridge training participants will learn to set up and facilitate a rope bridge. Ropes for bridge building are available for check out at Girl Scout headquarters. Bridge must be no more than 3’ off the ground.
Course will be scheduled in Spring 2009.
