Designed for PR Reps and other service team members, you'll learn the basics of Public Relations, how to get your stories in the newspaper, acquire a solid understanding of our key messages, and brainstorm PR tactics for your area. On-Line Service Unit Newsletter Reporter

This training is for registered adults and will teach the skills necessary to fulfill the on-line newsletter reporter volunteer position. Upon completion of this training, reporters will be able to:

• Utilize basic HTML codes
• Compile and edit information obtained for monthly submission using newsletter guidelines
• Update service unit information and post information on the council web site

Participants should have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, access to a computer and the Internet.
