Safety-Wise Tip:
Did you know that you need a lifeguard and pool watchers for any swimming activity? Check-out page 120-123 of Safety-Wise for more information about taking your girls swimming. To request a copy of Safety-Wise, please contact the council office at 816-358-8750.

Program Tip:
Youth Development Supports and Opportunities can help you have a successful meeting or event. Here's an example of how it works:

  • Support: You feel like you belong
  • Idea: Open each meeting or event with an icebreaker. Click here to find some great icebreakers for young girls.
