We feel that it is important that the students get to see the animals in person and live animals are presented during our programs. All of our animals are safe and handled by our trained educators. The species that will be presented will be customized to the program selected. We have a variety of safe birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates that will enhance the program. Our animals are for educational purposes; they are not circus acts or performers. Animal Wonders is fully insured and licensed with the state of Missouri. Our animals/facilities are inspected by the USDA, Missouri Department of Conservation and the Missouri Department of Agriculture.
Optional Fee: A field guide to the birds of Missouri or Kansas is available for girls to keep and use for $10.00 per girl or choose from a variety of ZooBooks titles for $5.00 per girl.
