A Million Thanks for Your Time and Energy!

A big thank you to all of you for doing your jobs so well! We’ve made lots of changes to this section of the Web site, to help you with all your volunteer commitments. Here’s what you’ll find:

• A Troop Leader’s section with program ideas, girl development tips, important dates and links to other sites is now available. Coming this fall, we’ll have a section for first year leaders with a step by step guide on what you should be doing with your girls and when, and other tips to help you navigate and enjoy your first year as a leader.
  
• Adult Training Descriptions and Schedules will be updated three times a year: Fall, Winter-Spring and summer courses. You can even register on-line.
  
• Adult Conference information is now available on-line. Details for fall, Day Camp Administrative Staff, and Outdoor Conference will be easy to access with on-line registration as well.
  
• A new Trainer’s Corner will provide training tips and everything you need to know to become a Council Trainer, Guide or Leadership U Facilitator.
  
• A new Council Resources section provides lots of additional help. Patch Programs, Trips and Tours, Checkout Equipment and many other things can be found here.
  
• Service Unit Newsletters and Council Calendar of Events remain as tools to help you stay in touch with local and council-wide happenings.
