We appreciate your support of Girl Scout cookie sales. The $3.50 per box goes toward:
- About 70% or $2.42 per box of cookie proceeds support Girl Scout activities locally including funds for troop activities, leadership development for girls and adults, high adventure opportunities, skill-building activities for all age levels, horse program, maintenance of nine camp facilities, financial assistance for girls and adults and staff support.
- Each Girl Scout troop will earn $.55 for every box of cookies the troop sells. Troops decide together how to best use their proceeds from completing a community service project to taking a trip. It’s their choice!
- 30% or $1.08 per box is the cost of the cookie sale including cost of cookies, production of sales materials and forms, cookie delivery and program recognition for girls.
