Experience the magic of Camp Oakledge as a family! Girl Scouts, moms, dads, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and grandparents are all welcome (1st grade and up)! Follow an “open-camp” schedule that will allow for exploration, fabulous camp activities, and great family memories!
With activities ranging from swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, and fishing, to hiking, crafts, games, and stories - you won’t be able to decide what to do next! The evenings will be planned with group activities and campfires, so don’t forget to bring your favorite s’more stick! Don’t miss this opportunity to take time out to relax and have fun with your family!
Families will sleep in camp units. Permatents sleep four to five people on cots and mattresses. Remember, camp is a rustic environment – toilets are pit latrines (outhouses), and we use natural lighting and air-conditioning (the sun and the wind!).
