Come spend 45 minutes with our professional confectioner and learn in detail the origin, history, and uses of chocolate. Learn how sugar crystallizes and why our process produces a rich, creamy confection without the use of heavy creams or butter. All participants will sample
fudge, chocolate confections, and more, and will receive a complimentary goodie bag with fresh confections.
