This is a special day to bring together teen Girl Scouts from all over the council for a day of fun and sun! Oceans of Fun will be open only for 6th – 12th grade Girl Scout girls and leaders – it is closed to the public. |

Oceans of Fun Season Passes cannot be used for this event. There is a $10.00 parking
fee (per vehicle) to be paid at the gate. |

| Event Details |
- Girls can attend in troops or as individuals.
- As always, please maintain girl-adult ratios.
- Girl Scouts registered as individuals must attend with one parent, guardian or other female adult.
- Girls are to be in grades 6th-12th in the fall of 2008.
- TAGS, dads, brothers, and younger girls are not invited to attend.
- Food vouchers are included in the price and may be used for one of three meals in the park. In order to be prepared, we ask that each person choose a meal on the registration sheet. Options are below.
- Meal 1: Hotdog, chips, cookies and a drink
- Meal 2: Chicken Fingers, chips, cookies, and a drink
- Meal 3: Vegetarian Option with drink
- No Refunds! Tickets may be transferred to other Girl Scouts in 6th-12th grades.
- Leaders or parents are responsible for girls while at Oceans of Fun and are to bring permission slips with emergency contact information to Oceans of Fun.
- To discuss accommodations regarding special needs or facilities to help you or your girls participate in this event please contact the council staff listed below.
- If the event is rained out, tickets can be used at Oceans of Fun on September 7 or can be upgraded for an additional fee of $10.00 per ticket to use at Worlds of Fun until November 2, 2008.
- *Non-Girl Scout girlfriends must pay the $10 membership fee for the 2008-09 year and fill out a Girl Scout Registration Form. This allows them to be covered by Girl Scout insurance during this event. Please encourage new Girl Scouts to become active members of your troop or we will find a troop for them. Turn in membership forms for new Girl Scouts with this registration form.
- Camping is available at Worlds of Fun Village. Contact them at 800-877-4FUN to reserve a spot. Camping is not council sponsored and troops need prior approval from their Membership Managers. Troops must adhere to all Safety-Wise standards. Note: This is also the Boy Scout weekend at Worlds of Fun and they will be camping in a field close to the Village Campground.
