GSUSA and Girl Scouts of Central Indiana are pleased to announce the 2008 Leadership Institute to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, October 29 – October 30 prior to the start of the National Convention. Girl Scouts Can Lead Anywhere: Live Health, Lead Healthy will offer teams of Girl Scouts an opportunity to discuss health, engage in physical fitness, attend a concert by a national recording artist, identify health-related areas of interest, and take action to positively impact community health.

Leadership Institute is for girls grades 6-12 (by fall 2008). For more information and to download an application form go to www.girlscoutsindiana.org/gsli. All applications and fees ($125) are due to Carol Solenberger at KC Headquarters by July 18, 2008. The $125 fee includes all materials and dinner on October 29 and lunch on October 30 (transportation, lodging, and other meals are the responsibility of each participant).
